Growth Mentors International (GMI) Philanthropy and Charity division, was founded by Dr Cliff Tichatonga Chafausipo in 2006 and carries out a lot of work throughout Zimbabwe mainly from its own resources and sometimes in collaboration with Partners. Our corporate social responsibility arm is so focussed and committed that plans are advanced to make it a standalone unit as Growth Mentors International Foundation. Dr CT Chafausipo is Past President of The Rotary Club of Harare and a recipient of three Rotary Awards including the highest Rotary International Award, The Paul Harris Award.
